Does my whole school have to be on Hui first?
No — and it does not need to be for your first event to work. The people who see it are the people you send the link to, and the page opens for them without an account. A busier school adds students who find you without being on your list; that part grows, the rest works on day one.
Do we have to stop using email or our group chat?
No. Keep both. Add one Hui link so people can RSVP, add it to their calendar, and get updates.
Our club meets twice a year. Is this overkill?
No. It keeps your club easy to find between events, so students know when the next thing is happening.
Is there an app to install?
No. Hui opens in a browser on a phone or laptop.
Can I look around before signing in?
Yes. Browse first. Sign in only when you RSVP, apply, or join.
What happens when this year's officers graduate?
The club keeps its page, history, forms, and handover notes—not one person’s account.
